The Ravalli Republic reports that three shops in Montana and the Montana Smoke Free Association have filed an injunction ahead of Governor Steve Bullock’s ban on flavored vape products, that is slated to go into effect on Tuesday, October 22nd for The Treasure State. The lawsuit also requests the judge to block Bullock’s rule from taking effect while its legality is decided.
“If the emergency rules are enforced, Freedom Vapes, Liberty Smoke and Ublaze Vapor will most likely be required to completely shut down,” the lawsuit said. “The petitioners want nothing more than to save the lives and health of their friends, neighbors and fellow Montanans from the ravages of (combustible) cigarettes.”
