Ballotpedia reports that Oregon voters will decide the fates of tax increases in 2020.
House Bill 2270, if approved will increase the tax on cigarettes from $1.33 per pack to $3.33, impose a 65% wholesale price tax on ENDS products and increase the cape on cigar taxes from $0.50 to $1.00.
